Job Summary:

Sampad Travels, a renowned Indian Tours & Travel company, has been serving travel enthusiasts since 2020. We specialize in offering comprehensive holiday packages to both national and international destinations. Our services extend beyond simple travel planning, including hotel bookings, customized tours, visa and passport assistance, PAN card delivery (India), and flight and rail ticket reservations.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of our operations, bridging the gap between different departments, and providing crucial administrative and logistical support.


Key Responsibilities:

-Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end process flow for various travel services, ensuring that all operations run efficiently and effectively.
-Logistical Coordination: Coordinate logistics for travel packages, including transportation, accommodation, and itinerary management. Ensure timely bookings and confirmations.
-Administrative Support: Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, such as document preparation, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
-Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to customer bookings, feedback, and service performance to inform decision-making and improve service delivery.
-Project Coordination: Collaborate with team members to manage travel-related projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
-Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate clear and effective communication between various departments, including sales, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
-Resource Management: Monitor and manage the allocation of resources, including personnel, finances, and materials, to optimize operational efficiency.
-Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any operational issues or customer complaints, ensuring a high level of service satisfaction.
-Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with relevant travel regulations and industry standards, managing risks associated with travel services.


Qualifications:

-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in project management tools and office software.
-Experience in the travel industry or a related field is an advantage.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Salary:

Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹50,000, depending on experience, skills, and performance.
Incentives: Potential for additional earnings through performance-based incentives.
