1. General Terms

Full Payment Requirement: All bookings must be paid in full to confirm reservations.
No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or partially unused services.

2. Cancellation and Refund Process

Initiating Cancellations: To cancel a booking, contact Sampad Travels directly. Cancellations made through service providers must also be reported to us.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are subject to the terms of the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). Convenience fees and service charges paid at the time of booking are non-refundable.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 working days after confirmation.

3. Special Fare Options

Zero Cancellation Fee: For an additional fee starting from ₹149 per passenger, you can opt for our Zero Cancellation service during booking. This allows for a full refund of the airfare upon cancellation, excluding the convenience fee. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before departure to qualify.

4. Partial Cancellations

Partially Utilized Tickets: Refunds for partially used tickets are subject to the respective service provider’s terms and may take up to 90 days to process.

5. Infant Bookings

Age Criteria: Infants must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary. If the infant turns 24 months before the return journey, a separate child fare booking is required.
Accompaniment: Infants must be accompanied by an adult aged at least 18 years.
