We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategies to capture market share, and promoting our travel services. You will play a critical role in shaping the sales direction of the company while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
-Sales Strategy Development: Craft and implement innovative sales strategies that align with company goals. Stay ahead of market trends and competition to tailor our offerings.
-Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide coaching, training, and support to the team.
-Client Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients. Ensure customer retention by delivering exceptional service.
-Promotion and Marketing Coordination: Work closely with the office administrator to plan and execute promotional activities. Develop marketing campaigns to boost sales and brand visibility.
-Sales Operations: Oversee the daily sales operations, setting and monitoring performance targets, and making necessary adjustments to strategies.
-Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and gather feedback to improve services.
-Reporting and Analysis: Generate sales reports for management review. Analyze sales performance data to refine strategies.
-Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the travel and tourism sector.
-Strong leadership abilities with a track record of driving sales growth.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
-Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics.
Salary:
Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹50,000, depending on experience, skills, and performance.
Annual Package: Starting from ₹1,80,000 per annum, with potential growth based on performance.
Incentives: Attractive incentive structure tied to sales targets and achievements.
