Job Summary:

Sampad Travels, a leading Indian Tours & Travel company, has been offering premium holiday packages to both national and international destinations since 2020. We provide a wide range of travel services, including hotel bookings, customized tours, visa and passport assistance, PAN card delivery, and comprehensive ticketing services.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential clients, and nurturing existing relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.


Key Responsibilities:

-Lead Generation: Identify and source potential customers through various channels, including social media platforms, search engines, and company databases.
-Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to both new and existing customers to promote our travel packages and services. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate packages.
-Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with leads to convert inquiries into bookings. Maintain consistent communication with customers to build and nurture relationships.
-Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager, Coordinator, and Back-Office Executives to ensure seamless operations and a smooth customer experience.
-Sales Tracking: Keep detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system. Monitor the sales chart to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
-Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve our offerings and customer experience.

 

Qualifications:

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
-Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
-Previous experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably in the travel industry, is a plus.


Salary:

Monthly Salary: ₹5,000 to ₹50,000, based on experience, skills, and performance.
Incentives: Attractive incentive structure starting from ₹2,000 per successful booking or service.
